Competitive Salary plus Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexibility required when needed

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager from an industrial or heavy manufacturing background looking for a one of the largest companies in their sector, offering a senior level role

The role would suit someone who still enjoys being hands on and leading a small team of staff (circa 10 maintenance staff).

The role will be varied and include line management, planning/scheduling planned maintenance, budget management, continuous improvement and safety compliance.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent, days role for a large manufacturing company
2. Help develop an maintenance strategy including planning the preventative maintenance schedules and shutdowns
3. Line Manage a team of 10 (Fitters, Electricians)
4. Develop and manage the budgets for CAPEX

The Person

1. Academic and working background in multi skilled maintenance engineering
2. Extensive experience to a senior level in a manufacturing environment, ideally including managing preventative maintenance schedules
3. Experience of managing and executing projects including continuous improvement projects
