Maintenance Manager

Elevation R manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Manager based in Barnsley.

Salary: c£52,000 +car +bonus

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and supervise repair activities
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections

We are keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following:

• Experienced multi-skilled engineer ideally with an electrical bias.
• Educated to HNC / Degree level ideally in engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical operations, and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
• A successful track record of working within a manufacturing / maintenance environment ideally within FMCG environment
• Experience of working with suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
