Maintenance Manager

An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the world require a Site Maintenance Manager to be responsible for the maintenance of plant, equipment, buildings, grounds and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with chemicals in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, Redditch

Package: £60,000 - £65,000 p.a. +Car Allowance +enhanced pension +Medical +10% Bonus

Suitable for: Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Leader, Engineering Maintenance Manager

The Role

Reporting into the AGM, you will have the following duties:

-Completion and planning of capital projects.
-Managing plant moves and installation projects.
-Work proactively with managers to establish and maintain the company safe systems following lock out and tag out safety procedures.

The Person

Educated to a minimum of HND level in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline you will have the following experience:

-Experience working in a Senior leadership role in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
-Previous experience working with chemicals and ideally isocyanides.
-Solid electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge dealing with complex manufacturing equipment ideally in injection moulding, welding and automated assembly.
-PLC fault finding and programming being advantageous.
