Maintenance Manager

• Annual Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + OTE
• Location: Redhill, Surrey (RH1)
• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Days

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at a bustling food and beverage packaging site in Redhill, Surrey. This role is crucial for ensuring equipment uptime, managing contractors, and driving continuous reliability improvements. As the Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to coach your team and develop a robust maintenance strategy.

• Oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and manage reactive machinery breakdowns across various packaging lines including fillers, conveyors, and sealers.
• Analyse key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) to implement performance-driven improvements.
• Manage ordering of spare parts, liaise with contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and support the engineering team, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Proven experience as a Multi-skilled or Mechanical Engineer with supervisory or management experience.
• Previous experience in the FMCG or packaging industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
