Maintenance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fast paced manufacturer to recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its site-based engineering function near Brigg.

£50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday - 40 hours

The Maintenance Manager, will be responsible for leading the site’s Engineering & Maintenance team, overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, compliance with legal standards, and the successful delivery of capital projects.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing a team of 4 Maintenance Engineers
• Driving preventative maintenance and asset care strategies
• Minimising downtime and improving OEE
• Managing capital projects and external contractors
• Ensuring compliance with statutory engineering regulations (LOLER, PUWER, Pressure Systems, etc.)
• Overseeing utilities and infrastructure
• Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain teams

We are keen to speak with Maintenance /Engineering Managers with the following:

• Level 3 or above in electrical/mechanical engineering)
• Proven leadership experience in an engineering or maintenance management role
• Background in fast paced manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, TPM, RCA and continuous improvement techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Committed to health, safety, and environmental excellence
