Are you an experienced Maintenance or Service Manager, looking to take the next step in your career within a growing organisation, where you will lead engineering teams and drive operational efficiency across service and maintenance projects?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business at a senior level, where you will oversee engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while developing your team and driving continuous improvement.

The company are continuing to expand their operations and, due to this growth, are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.

In this varied role, you will lead engineers and service staff, manage maintenance schedules, oversee commissioning activities, and act as the key point of contact for clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

This role would suit a Maintenance or Service Manager with strong leadership skills, looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role, with opportunities to progress further within a growing organisation.

The Role:

• Leading maintenance and service teams
• Overseeing schedules, commissioning, and testing activities
• Acting as client lead and ensuring compliance
• Monday to Friday (Permanent role)
• Site-based in Attleborough

The Person:

• Proven leadership/management experience in maintenance or engineering
• HNC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards
