Maintenance Manager

Manage and deliver planned and reactive maintenance of high voltage networks up to 33kV.

Lead HV inspection, testing, and commissioning (I&C) works in line with regulatory and client standards.

Coordinate and supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Prepare and review maintenance reports, risk assessments, and switching schedules.

Liaise with DNOs, IDNOs, and private clients to plan and deliver works with minimal disruption.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proven experience managing HV operations, ideally within both ICP and private network environments.

Authorised Person (AP) or Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status (up to 33kV).

Strong understanding of HV/LV systems, protection schemes, and I&C projects.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
