4:00pm, with flexibility to work nights as required
Established in 2001, our client offers a unique range of services in Airport Logistics.
They are looking to expand their Heathrow 7 stores project with an experienced Maintenance Manager to take on 2 contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including fixing AC units, door handles and hinges, and glass replacement.
Manage and coordinate with suppliers and contractors within the airport.
Utilise strong IT skills to manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and reporting (Excel, Sage, etc.).
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work both day and night shifts as needed.
Develop innovative solutions to maintenance challenges, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Drive to various locations within Heathrow as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within an airport environment.
Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in electrical or carpentry work.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Sage.
Ability to work both in a managerial and hands-on capacity.
Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
Valid driver's license.
Electrical or carpentry qualifications preferred.
Relevant certifications are an advantage.
