Key Responsibilities ofMaintenance Manager:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standard.
Liaise with landscapers and others trades to ensure the grounds are immaculate
Hands on with day-to-day issues and maintenance duties including cleaning of the facilities/amenities
Handle customer interactions with politeness and professionalism.
Utilise software packages such as Excel, Word, and Camp Manager for booking and administrative tasks.
Manage bookings, invoicing, ordering materials, and stock management.
Ensure health and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
Write correspondence and manage caravan sales.
Engage in various hands-on tasks across various areas as needed.
Requirements ofMaintenance Manager:

Proven experience in the holiday and leisure sector, caravan sites would be desirable.
Excellent customer service & relationship building skills.
Ability to work on weekdays and weekends, various shift patterns depending upon needs of the business.
Full UK driving license.
Must reside on-site in a provided static caravan (including free electricity and gas).
