Salary: Agenda for Change Band 6, £43,169 to £52,603 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week Monday to Friday with on-call and shifts requirements usually 1 in 5 weeks.

As a Maintenance Officer in our Estates team, you’ll play a key role in keeping critical hospital facilities running safely and efficiently. Your work will directly support patient care by ensuring essential engineering systems and services are reliable, compliant, and responsive.
You’ll be part of a team that keeps vital infrastructure operating behind the scenes, providing specialist technical knowledge of engineering systems, plant, and building services across the hospital estate.
As the day-to-day contact for client representatives and stakeholders, you will manage planned and reactive maintenance to supporting capital works and safety systems. Your contribution will create a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues - delivering a positive impact on communities every day.

This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme, which involves a detailed check of spent and unspent convictions and other relevant information to ensure safeguarding compliance.
