We have an ambitious vision for the future and have structured our business to allow us to focus on our future plans. We are now looking for the right motivated person to help us achieve this. We are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Officer that will deliver a first-class service in reactive repairs and maintenance services also ensuring that contractors meet the high standards we expect to let our properties, meet our void and lettable standards and ensure that our environment within our community of Govan is well maintained and safe.
The Maintenance Officer will be key role within our Property Services Department and we are seeking a strong team player with a positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and importance of customer satisfaction in delivering our services.
