Your Role as an Maintenance Operations Manager will include: * Managing the day-to-day operations of the engineering division * Supporting and supervising office staff and field-based engineers * Carrying out regular site visits to monitor quality and performance * Ensuring engineers are working safely, efficiently and to company standards * Supporting the planning and delivery of commercial maintenance works
The successful Maintenance Operations Manager will have: * Background working within Facilities Management or Commercial Maintenance * Previous experience as a Supervisor, Manager or Lead Engineer * Hands-on engineering background * Strong understanding of commercial maintenance environments * Full UK driving licence
