Our client, based in Hove, is seeking a Handy person to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, operating a varied portfolio of buildings and apartments. The successful candidate will be required to drive with their own vehicle and own tools and follow a daily schedule of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Performing a variety of maintenance tasks
General DIY
Inspect, diagnose and repair faulty fixtures
Fixing locks, stair treads, letter boxes
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Requirements
Hold full, current driving licence and own vehicle (company cover mileage allowance for fuel)
Own tools required
Previous experience as a multiskilled handy person
Basic carpentry skills
Hard working individual
Good time management
Ability to work independently
