Maintenance Operative

We're working with a well-known real estate brand in Leeds to find a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join the on-site team on a prestigious residential development.

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping the development well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition for residents. Typical duties will include basic plumbing, minor electrical work, painting and decorating, general repairs, and assisting with health & safety checks.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and communicates well with both colleagues and residents. You don't need to be an expert in every trade - just practical, proactive, and keen to get stuck in.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role

• Basic skills across plumbing, electrics, painting/decorating, and general repairs

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A team player with a can-do attitude
