Embark on an exciting journey as a Maintenance Operative at our esteemed organisation. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless upkeep and repair of our buildings, facilities, and equipment, earning a competitive salary ranging from GBP29,000 to GBP31,000 per year.

Preferred Requirements:

• Conduct routine inspections and promptly address fabric maintenance issues, such as repairing doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and floors
• Utilise your expertise in various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic, to undertake painting, decorating, and a range of DIY tasks
• Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring all maintenance and repair activities comply with relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comprehensive experience in property maintenance and fabric upkeep
• Sound understanding and experience of health and safety procedures and requirements
• Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively
