You'll be based at a major new regeneration scheme transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood. Your Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance across the site to keep everything in tip-top shape

• Conduct and log essential safety checks including fire alarms, emergency lighting, smoke ventilation, and lift lines

• Manage and coordinate third-party contractors-review RAMs and issue permits to work

• Perform minor repairs such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and light electrical work

• Maintain communal areas, refuse zones, and building exteriors to high standards

• Ensure tools and equipment are secure, well-maintained, and responsibly used

• Support risk management activities including inspections, water testing, sprinkler checks, and equipment flushing

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, decorating, and carpentry maintenance

• Good understanding of building systems and Health & Safety regulations

• Relevant safety certifications are a plus

• Ability to work independently, using sound judgement and initiative

• A proactive, organised approach with keen attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with basic IT tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel
