Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative required for a new, permanent, full time role in the Newcastle/Northumberland area.

The Role

Working as part of a customer care team you will attend domestic properties and carry out general repairs. The role is 40 hours per week and comes with a van, phone and fuel card too. The salary offered is circa £27,500 but there is also a generous weekly bonus that brings the salary into the £31,000 region.

The Person

The role would suit someone with joinery skills and the ability to undertake other, general repairs too.

Remuneration

£31,000 per annum.
