Maintenance Operative

Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to provide an effective repairs and maintenance service across their properties in East London. You will be provided a new company van so a clean current license is essential.

Key duties include:

Carrying out day-to-day handyman and urgent maintenance repairs..
Liaising with and monitoring external contractors.
Ordering materials and maintaining accurate work records.
Identifying and responding to maintenance and safety issues.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and organisational policies.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.We're looking for someone with:

Previous maintenance or property handyman repairs experience.
Good all-round practical skills.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements.
