Maintenance Operative - Pool and Hot Tubs

Our Property Team provide planned and reactive maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff at the Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotel.

We need a strong Property team member who will be responsible for managing the Swimming Pool areas and plant rooms across both sites, ensuring the upkeep and maintaining these to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and monitoring pool, leisure & plant room areas

• Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered and in-line with normal operating procedures
• Pool testing
• General maintenance to assist the Property team

Working both within a team and independently, you will need to be capable of carrying out a range of different maintenance tasks, though your primary responsibility will be the pool facilities and plant rooms.

It is imperative you carry out work, whilst maintaining a clean and tidy area, both during and after work is carried out. You will need to prioritise effectively and complete tasks to a high standard.

This role requires you to interact with our guests and staff.

Training on the pools can be provided to the right candidate.
