Maintenance Plumber - High-End Residential (City of London)

Experienced Maintenance Plumber required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality plumbing and general maintenance services in occupied homes.

Key Duties:

Plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault finding
Installation and repair of sanitaryware, taps, valves and pipework
Minor carpentry, decorating and general maintenance tasks
Snagging, reactive maintenance and handyman works
Working independently in client-facing environments
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer serviceRequirements:

Trade-qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Proven high-end residential maintenance experience
Multi-trade skills including basic carpentry and general maintenance
Own tools and full UK driving licence
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skillsDetails:

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
