Plumber (Static Site)

Location: York

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a static site maintenance team based in York. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, site-based role with regular hours, optional overtime, and no on-call requirement.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks across the site, including:

Routine water system flushing in line with compliance requirements
Checking and recording hot and cold water outlet temperatures
Diagnosing and repairing leaks
Clearing blockages
General plumbing repairs and maintenance
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardRequirements
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or City & Guilds Plumbing qualification (essential)
L8 qualification would be highly desirable
Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar plumbing maintenance role
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day maintenance tasksSalary & Benefits
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Overtime available
No on-call rota
Stable, permanent position on a single static site
