Location: Fawley, Southampton – Large Industrial Facility

Salary: £38,000 | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Plumber to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, working on a prestigious large industrial facility in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled plumber to join a long-term maintenance contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a complex, high-profile site.

The Role

* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across plumbing and mechanical building services.

* Completing repairs, fault finding and general maintenance across site plumbing systems.

* Working on pipework, valves, pumps, water systems and associated mechanical equipment.

* Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

* Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery.

* Ensuring all works are completed in line with site procedures and statutory compliance.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.

* Strong plumbing maintenance background.

* Experience working within commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance environments.

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.

Package

* Southampton – Large Industrial Facility

* Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

* Up to £38,000 Basic Salary

* Permanent, Full-Time Position
