Maintenance Plumber - Commercial

Maintenance Plumber - Commercial - Bishop Auckland.

My client specialises in the design and installation of mechanical and electrical services in all types of commercial sectors which include:

* Commercial.

* Education.

* Retail.

* Healthcare.

* Pharmaceutical.

* Student Accommodation/PRS.

We are currently looking for a Plumber for a maintenance position based in Bishop Auckland. The role will be based at site and duties will be to maintain the site and services at the location.

The work will include small install works as well as all duties associated with maintenance of a large commercial building.

Expected hours:

* 37.5 per week

* 8 hour shift

* Monday to Friday

Requirements:

* 5+ years’ experience in plumbing.

* Proven maintenance experience on commercial projects.

* High levels of quality standards.

* Mission critical experience preferable.

* Knowledge of Health & Safety.

Salary/package:

* £34,727.24 per annum.

* £1,500 On call Payment.

* 4% Pension.

* Paid Sickness.

* 25 Days + BH.
