The Opportunity

The Supervisor will lead daily maintenance activities and delegate responsibilities to their designated team, ensuring that all standards and targets are met, all lines are running efficiently, promptly attending to breakdowns, and effectively completing planned maintenance. The role will be tasked with implementing recovery plans to resolve any issues and aiming to minimise impact on overall business performance. The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years in the manufacturing sector and a relevant engineering qualification at level 3 or above. You demonstrate effective team management, delegation and decision-making skills, as well as a proactive and positive attitude. You will also possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed stakeholder requirements. Knowledge of ABB and/or Kraus Maffei machines is also a strong asset.
