Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with leadership experience looking to take on a key supervisory role within a successful manufacturing site?

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team, take ownership of electrical maintenance and play an important part in improving reliability and performance across the site.

In this role you will lead the electrical maintenance team, allocate work and oversee planned maintenance, breakdowns and improvement projects, while providing technical support when required.

This role would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor with leadership experience looking for greater responsibility within a large manufacturing environment.

The Role

Leading and supporting a team of electrical engineers
Overseeing planned maintenance, breakdowns and improvement work
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Excellent benefits, relocation support and sponsorship available
The Person

Electrically biased maintenance background
Supervisory or team leadership experience
Manufacturing or process industry experience
