Are you looking for a unique role where no two days are ever the same, leading a team of 5 Engineers and utilising your skills and experience as the go-to technical specialist? In this role you will be overseeing a small, dedicated team of Engineers and working on a range of maintenance and refurbishment projects, on both machinery and facilities. You will also get stuck in on the tools, using your hands-on experience to guide junior Engineers. Founded nearly 40 years ago, this materials processing company are looking to continuously improve their site, grow their team and stay ahead in their field. Supplying nationwide, they are part of a larger group offering plenty of stability and job security. This role would suit someone from an electrical background who has experience in people management, looking for an exciting new challenge where every day is different.
