About Us
Target Housing is a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and charity with over 300 employees and nearly 800 properties across South Yorkshire, Hull, Grimsby, and Derby. We operate under a mix of local and national contracts and continue to expand our supported housing portfolio.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our voids management function across South Yorkshire. Based at our Head Office in Rotherham, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring properties are prepared to the highest standard and ready for occupancy within agreed timescales. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in maintaining and improving the quality of our housing stock while contributing to the organisation’s wider growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-skilled team focused on void property management


• Ensure turnaround times and quality standards meet internal KPIs


• Oversee planned schedules and day-to-day delivery of works


• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety requirements


• Work closely with the Head of Maintenance and the wider management team to drive service improvements

About You
We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with:

• Proven supervisory experience in property maintenance, housing, or a related sector


• Strong team leadership and organisational skills


• A focus on achieving high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction


• Knowledge of voids management processes (desirable)


• The ability to problem-solve, plan effectively, and deliver results under pressure
