Are you an experienced Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next permanent job?

Our client is looking for an experienced surveyor to support them on a permanent basis, managing and overseeing planned maintenance programs to their social housing stock based across Hampshire

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning and implementation of planned works projects for social housing properties throughout Hampshire
Ensure the management of all maintenance works contracts meet all required standards of performance
Oversee internal and external programmes, including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofing and cyclical decoration
Create schedules of works, liaising with contractors and ensuring that the works are being delivered to a high quality, on time and within budget
Ensure that contractors are following health and safety policies and procedures and CDM regulations
Work in partnership with designated contractors, ensuring performance and value for money

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in construction or surveying e.g. HNC/HND
Knowledge of Specification writing and Contract management (KPI’s / monthly meetings, processing valuations etc)
A full driving licence
