Maintenance Surveyor

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Maintenance Surveyor for a North East based Housing Association on a permanent basis. The salary for the role is £38,000 - £42,000 subject to experience, and office attendance is required roughly twice per week.

The role:

• Carry out pre- and post-inspections for responsive repairs and void works, managing a patch in the North East
• Contract manage the progress of works against schedules
• Work closely with in-house trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered cost-effectively and to high quality
• Manage any disrepair cases raised

What you need:

• Building Surveying experience within a residential environment, ideally social housing
• Experience managing responsive repairs and void works
• Minimum HNC/HND building surveying qualification or equivalent qualification in a building related discipline
