Rotating shifts (Days & Afternoons)
Hours: Days 06:00 -14:30hrs Monday – Friday and afters 14:30 to 12:00 hrs Monday - Thursday

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Rotherham to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader who will lead a team of 6 engineers, plan and coordinate maintenance tasks, and help keep machinery and site services running efficiently.

Salary: £55,000 – £57,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and breakdown response across plant and facilities
• Allocate work, support apprentices, and keep the team organised
• Report KPIs and plant status to the Engineering Manager
• Make sure safety standards are upheld and improvements are driven
• Liaise with contractors and ensure planned works are delivered safely

We are keen to peak with Maintenance Team Leaders / Engineering Team Leaders with the following:

• Electrical or mechanical apprenticeship with ONC/OND or higher
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing
• Good problem-solving skills and team coordination ability
• PLC programming.
• LEAN Maintenance knowledge
• Willingness to work shifts and cover out-of-hours when required
