• Oversee the daily maintenance of plots, including watering, feeding, pruning, and weeding.
• Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Lead and coordinate a small team to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Keep accurate records of plant stock and assist with planning and scheduling tasks.
• Ensure safe use of tools and machinery, adhering to health and safety protocols.

• A horticultural qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in commercial or ornamental horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and seasonal maintenance.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing workloads.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and valid tractor/telehandler licence.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to seasonal demands.
