Overall responsibility for leading a Maintenance team in achieving repair and maintenance activities, safety standards, legal requirements and customer requirements. Coordinates with all manufacturing and service groups to meet customer demands. Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. HND or equivalent in Engineering - electrical bias preferred Trained via a recognised industry apprenticeship. IOSH Managing Safely" Multiple years of related professional and Supervisory/Managerial experience" 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (required) Knowledge and competency to effectively deploy LOTO, TPM, OEE (required) Knowledge of injection moulding machines, power presses, and high-speed automation(preferred) " Analytical thinking Ethical mind set at all times Organisational skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication, including good presentation skills Understanding of Microsoft Office packages Strong ability to plan and execute own work initiatives
