Maintenance Team Leader

An excellent career opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader (Electrical/Mechanical) to join a Global Market Leader within the Automation Engineering industry.
Salary Circa £56000-£58,000 (OTE £62,000) shift

The successful Maintenance Team Leader will ideally have experience within an automated electrical/mechanical FMCG site-based or manufacturing environment.
Maintenance Team Leader
To support the site maintenance team in day-to-day maintenance activities.
To maintain, repair, and support the equipment.
Undertake AMHE equipment.
Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs
Compliance with Health & Safety legislation always
To accurately record all work undertaken
Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels!
Fully interact with the client in day-to-day activities
Fully interact with Shift Managers to ensure consistency across shifts.
Qualifications: Maintenance Team Leader

* HNC/ONC/HND or Electrical Qualified.
* IOSH Knowledge
* Experienced in Continuous Improvement techniques
* A working understanding of mechanical, electrical & electronic technical manuals & drawings
* Basic understanding of distributed control systems.
