Maintenance Team Leader - Electrical

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Doncaster to recruit an Electrically biased Maintenance Team Leader

Salary: c£50k
Days only

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Lead include:

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

We are keen to speak with Maintenance Team Leader. Maintenance Supervisors with the following

• NVQ qualified
• Electrical Qualifications
• Previous experience of working in a FMCG environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
