Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Salisbury, MD. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure smooth operations in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and other equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or similar field
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Own hand tools required
• Reliable and able to work independently
