Job Description - Maintenance Technician

Carrying out minor day to day repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Communicating effectively with residents, clients, contractors and colleagues.
Monitoring and updating our electronic maintenance reporting system.
Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues to a high standard.
Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Conducting PAT tests, emergency lighting inspections, weekly fire alarm checks and assisting with fire evacuation procedures.
