Job Details

JobMatcha are recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role you will need to have experience in a similar role, be competent, qualified in relevant a trade, and able to deliver high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.
Duties:

• To ensure reactive work orders and PPM’s are completed within the contract defined time SLA’s and KPI’s
• Ensure the quality of service delivered is to a high standard
• To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Able to work form steps, scaffolding and other heights.
• To carry out any additional duties deemed to be reasonable by the Manager or Supervisor
• To assist during inclement weather to load the gritter and assist with the gritting where possible in and around the roadways and footpaths.
• To be able to work shifts Monday- Friday as a morning and afternoon shift and be able to be on call every third week and weekend.

Competencies and Requirements for the position:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Must have time served as a fabric engineer or Fabric Maintenance Technician
• Qualified in relevant trades (i.e. Carpentry, Plastering, Decorating or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
• Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
• Clean Driving Licence
