Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of site operations, involving both preventative and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a background in general site maintenance and engineering,

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general site maintenance across buildings, machinery, and facilities.

* Carry out preventative maintenance checks and inspections.

* Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out reactive repairs in a timely manner.

* Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations.

* Liaise with external contractors and suppliers where necessary.

* Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a site maintenance or general engineering role.

* Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (multi-skilled preferred).

* Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

* Familiarity with tools and maintenance best practices.

* Health & safety awareness and adherence to safe working practices.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience

Experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a similar industrial setting
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
