Maintenance Technician

Careermakers Recruitment are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Halifax, HX3.

As a Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration), you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault diagnosis on refrigeration and associated cooling systems

Working across a varied estate, you will ensure systems remain safe, compliant and operational, supporting healthcare services that communities rely on every day. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload while working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.

* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.

* Diagnose faults and undertake repairs effectively and safely.

* Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records.

* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety requirements.

* Liaise with customers and stakeholders to provide excellent service delivery.

£15 - £18 Per hour (DOE)
