Maintenance Technician - Mercedes-Benz

LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work on maintaining and repairing high-quality vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and safety.

Welcome Bonus: £2,000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive salary with OTE up to £45,000

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Be willing to engage in continuous training, particularly in electric vehicle technology.
