About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to carry out general maintenance and repair work for residential properties, including both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs.

Maintain indoor and outdoor areas to a high standard.

Report maintenance issues and complete repairs safely.

Requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Relevant maintenance qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is desirable.
