About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering inspiring and challenging PE lessons to a diverse range of students across all year groups. This includes:

• Planning and delivering a curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for PE, ensuring a progressive approach for all students.


• Creating a motivating and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of physical activity.


• Identifying and nurturing sporting talent, offering opportunities for students to excel in athletics and school teams.


• Contributing to the development of the school's PE curriculum and resources.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education is essential.


• A proven track record of delivering high-quality PE lessons to secondary school students.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.


• The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of sport and physical activity.


• A passion for physical education and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles in young people.
