About the Role
This is a temporary role for the spring and summer terms, with the possibility of a permanent position following the summer break. As a Year 5 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum while fostering a love of learning and supporting each child’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all learners.


• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and confidence.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.


• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress.

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Previous experience teaching Year 5 (or similar) in a primary school setting.


• A passionate, creative, and engaging approach to teaching.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
