This is an exceptional position for a BPA Operations expert to:

• ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes to BPA policyholders and members of defined benefit schemes
• be responsible for driving change and improvement
• take the lead on the strategic direction of policyholder services
• work closely with multiple teams, including Implementation, Data and Technical teams, in order to ensure and maintain excellent end-to-end delivery of operational services
• act as mentor to other teams, employing your well-honed coaching and interpersonal skills to create and maintain a positive working environment.

To be successful in the role you will:

• have proven experience managing key, dynamic teams within the insurance/trustee customer services spaces
• be well-versed in driving, identifying and embedding change
• have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
