We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Male Teaching Assistant to join a special school in Southend-on-Sea. • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans (ILPs).
  • Help to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Record and report on student progress as required.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare and well-being of all students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable but not essential.
