We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our client's team. This fully remote position is ideal for a professional who excels in transactional finance, management accounts, and reporting on KPIs. The successful candidate will have experience with Xero and must be proficient in Excel.

• Prepare and manage regular management accounts and financial reports.
• Analyse financial data and report on financial performance, including KPIs, to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactional finance activities and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
• Utilise Xero for various accounting tasks and ensure seamless integration of financial data.
• Develop and maintain financial models using Excel, providing critical financial insights that contribute to strategic planning.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems.

• Proven experience in transactional finance and management accounting.
• Strong capability in reporting on KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Xero and advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
