Management Accountanct

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Sage Intact and advanced Excel skills to analyse complex financial data and generate insightful reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
• Ability to think critically, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
• A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Experience working for an organisation with a turnover of 25 million plus.

• Qualified Accountant status, with a recognised accounting qualification such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Extensive experience (3 years post qualification) within Management Accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
