Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to review and analyse direct costs of production, including material costs and direct labour. The individual will be responsible for providing valuable financial data to aid strategic decision-making.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:

• Generating accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Perform cost analyses and profitability assessments for various projects and departments.
• Participate in budget preparation and enforcement.
• Assist with internal and external audit procedures.
• Implement cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Assist in other financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Experience in management accounting, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Be a part qualified studier towards a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Proficiency in accounting software, advanced excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
