Management Accountant

Part-qualified Management Accountant

I have just been briefed on a Management Accountant role based in South Warrington - working for one of our most long-standing clients.

This will be a fast-paced, varied finance role with future progression opportunities. You will be working closely with an inspiring Financial Controller.

You will be working for a smaller entity within a much larger group - working alongside the Financial Controller and contributing to full reporting and management accounts packs.

Key duties of this role will include:

• Weekly P&L reporting
• Preparation of management packs
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Reporting into the centralised accounting function
• Audit support - providing direct support to the FC and wider units in this
• Day to day ledger assistance
• VAT returns
• Collate data for inter-company balances

In order to be considered for this role you will:

• Be a part-qualified accountant, looking to complete your studies (ACCA/CIMA/ACA etc.)
• Be at an advanced level on Excel - this role will have a heavily technical side to it
• Ideally have exposure to SAP
• Have extremely strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
