Management Accountant
Location: Leicester | Salary: £45,000 + Study Support 

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing company, seeking a talented and up-coming Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with the opportunity to become a fully qualified accountant with progression opportunities.

The Role:
Our client is a well-established group that recently acquired businesses with a £5m t/o each within the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated and driven accountant to take ownership of their new business's management accounts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Account Production: A full set of management accounts with commentary & broad packs. 
• Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Budgeting & forecasting.
• Management meetings: Attend and present management accounts at management meetings. 
• Review: Bank reconciliations & debtor reports.
• Analyzing: Business operations, trends, costs, revenues and expenses.

About You:

• Part-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or QBE. 
• Experience in producing monthly management accounts. 
• Balance sheet reconciliation experience. 
• Experience in attending or presenting management accounts at management meetings (and giving commentary). 
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Competitive salary £35,000 to  £45,000 depending on experience.
